Winpwn 2.0.0.4 Doesnt open

Pls i am trying to Jailbreak my Ipod Touch with Winpwn 2.0.0.4 and the program just doesnt open, Ipod is on Version 2.0.1, could some one pls tell me how to fix it or give a link to download the Custom one with Cydia and the Installer???

when u say it doesn't open how do u mean?

i mean, i install the program, and double click to open it, and it puts the clock thats its working, but nothing comes up, just do nothing, it seems like it wants to open it, but the program doesnt come up

i did a little 2 day research to solve the problem, and its solved, if any one have the same problem its Windows .NET Frameworks, u need the Windows .NET Frameworks 2.0 and if u have i and u can uninstall or restore it heres the Link also Frameworks link

Use this tool, and reboot the computer, then download this:

and install; WinPwn worked for me instantly,
