WinScp for mac?

It's time to get into the file system with my jailbroken iPhone and want to edit the lock.caf and unlock.caf files.

What do you guys recommend using? I've only done this one a PC using WinSCP. I remember it's port 22 root/alpine - install OpenSSH in cydia right? Been a while... lol

Also how can I convert an .mp3 to .caf file on Mac?

I use GarageBand for converting mp3 to caf (IIRC you just take the AAC file that GB makes and change the extension to caf).

Others here really like Cyberduck for ssh and scp, but I prefer Fugu.
