Winterboard and System storage...

I downloaded several themes and set them up but with the exception of the Nexus theme, I don't see changes made on the others (iComplete, Illumine). Can anyone give some advice?

Also, I was wondering if there was a way to free up space on my System storage (I have 20.4% free)? I have plenty on the Private side. Thanks in advance.

Some themes might not be compatible with iOS 4 yet.

I somehow go the iComplete theme to work.
