Winterboard / Can't get dock to change

After the latest winterboard update, I can no longer get the dock on my iphone to change to whatever dock comes with the theme. I had the iphone OS 4.0 theme running on my iphone the other day, and the dock was the 4.0 dock, but after updating winterboard (even the latest fix that fixed the icon labels) my docs still will not change

Any ideas??

Tap and hold the 3 bars next to the name and drag it to the top. Whatever is at the top gets loaded first.
