Winterboard - No0b question

I've just installed Winterboard but I haven't downloaded any Theme yet because I haven't figure out 100% how this will work....

My question is:

Will I, under the Winterboard options, have a list of my downloaded themes from which I can choose and load?

And my concern is... is there an option for it to rollback to Apple's default "Theme"? (The way I have my iPhone right now)

Just uncheck everything and turn Winterboard off.

What do I uncheck? Everything under "Select Themes" ?

Anyone nows a good site to choose iPhone Themes? (in my PC, not in Cydia)

I did say uncheck everything. As in everything that is a selectable theme in Winterboard.
