iPad Winterboard Not activating Tweaks?

I have winterboard installed on my iPhone 5s and my iPad 2 running 7.0.4

Winterboard works perfectly on my iPhone but on my iPad, it installs/shows up under settings, and the Winterboard dependent tweaks I install show up in the list. But when I select one and respring, it doesn't make the change. I've tried a number of different tweaks, several of which I have working on my iPhone and none of them, when selected, show up after respringing.

I uninstalled Winterboard and then reinstalled it, same thing.


Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be?

I'd be grateful for any help you can offer!
