winterboard not working on 3

Hello,

I have a 3G 3.0.1 and I jailbroke. I use Icy and I install winterboard. I can run it and select a theme, it will tick it but it won't show up.

I also noticed Icy won't download the latest version. Is there anything I can do? I don't want to restore and jailbreak again too much time consuming. Can I install the latest winterboard version manually or something?

Can I install cydia now?
