iPad Winterboard themes (not working on 7.1.1 Jailbreak)

Can anybody tell me if Winterboard themes actually work on the 7.1.1 jailbreak? I have downloaded a couple of themes, but they don't seem to be applied even after a respiring?

What themes have you tried? They should work okay.

I use Circulus and UltraFlat, they work perfect on 7.1

None of these thmes are working perfectly on ios 7.1.2....
Also i'm not able to change wallpapers..
I tried fifty foot HD and Sublime Like Hd not working...

In ayreis only icons are customized....sataus bar is still same as default....Even lock screen is as default..!!!

the ayeris icons are working for me, but the after hours icons are not working for my on my iPhone. maybe they have not updated yet?
