Winterboard Widget.html question

So I'm attempting to put this weather widget onto my homescreen, but it refuses to show up. the html file is labeled "Widget.html" (which is what the naming convention should be) yet it does not show up on my homescreen. When I change the file name to "Wallpaper.html", it appears on my homescreen, but causes my current wallpaper to be overlapped, thus appearing black. I don't understand what I am doing wrong. I know the theme works on Wallpaper.html, but for some reason Widget.html refuses to work. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I guess I needed to include my wallpaper.png in the widget folder
