anyone know why the words on the dock dont go away on the iphone 4 when no docked icon labels is selected? Also, How come no page dots works but the magnifying glass doesnt go away?

Many UI elements of IOS 4.x are different from previous versions (you highlighted a couple), and winterboard is not yet updated to theme all of these yet, and once it is, you will then need 4.x compatible themes.
