I thought people were saying it is difficult to sell and iPhone 6 because you had to make sure the seller didn't have their ID in it.

But if you want to sell your iPhone 6 or in my case wipe it clean for exchange, all you do is reset it?

Btw, I bought my phone about 10 days ago. Can I still exchange it for a Plus? Even if I've used it?

Incidentally mine is one of the iPhone 6's that clicks when you press one of the corners because it's not glued / sealed properly. Quite annoying. There's a guy on youtube with the same issue. His is on the left side too! What bad luck! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ra2_uR1_Ejs

Unfortunately I can't get a replacement or Plus as there's no stock.

If you are selling an iPhone you'd want to erase all content and settings, turn off your passcode, and turn off Find My iPhone to disable the activation lock.

If you want to return your phone, it's a 14-day return policy from the day that you take possession of the phone, so you can return it for any reason even though you've used it for 10 days. Good luck.
