ive searched and searched not a noob question!
so i bought an 08 mbpro off my buddy. it would kernal panic completely random under any load. (ie: playing song in itunes to watching a movie on my hdtv anytime randomly). backed up my stuff, wiped with zero pass and re-installed 10.5. updated to 10.5.8. watched 3 full length HD movies while ripping dvd's at work last night using the laptop screen no video out, no problems.
i assumed it was fixed, until 5 mins ago. 30 seconds into an HD movie on my HDTV boom kernal panic.
mini display port to vga, audio on computer speakers. i get the gray screen that says "you need to restart your computer"
