Wiped old iPhone, sent mail missing

Hi . Apple replaced my iPhone 4g because my mic was broken. They gave me a new one and I restored from my old phones backup ..problem is, my cox email only shows my "inbox" , not my sent or deleted mail folders. I call cox my ISP and they said that unless I sent to mail from their webmail online, I wouldn't be able to access it , which I cannot. However , on my mail settings on my iPhone I do have it set to store on the server I.e "smtp.east.cox.net". So I called apple and they want 69 bux to answer my question "can I access my mail folders through iTunes?" if so ..how and where do I do this? Need some important emails that were sent days prior for and auto accident. Thanks in advance. Ps I would make an appointment with apple but it's 39 miles away
