So I’ve had an Apple Watch on my wrist since April 24, 2015 - got a SS S0, then upgraded to a SS S3, and last year got the S4. I think I’ve always just restored from backups ...
So today I wiped my iPhone 11 Pro Max because I was only getting 6-8 hours of screen-on time out of it, and set it up as a new phone. Which meant, of course, re-pairing my Apple Watch and setting it up as new.
OMG. It’s far more responsive now to wrist raises, and generally just feels faster. But the raise to wake thing is amazing - it’s really fast now. So fast and sensitive now, in fact, that I’ve decided against upgrading to the S5 - I wanted one, primarily for the AOD, but now it feels like I don’t really need it.
Has anyone else experienced this? My iPhone 11 Pro Max is rocking with the battery, and now my S4 is noticeably faster as well. I guess there’s something to be said for occasionally cleaning house.
