Was about to buy Wipeout Pure when I saw a little trailer for Pulse. I thought it looked mighty fine! But before I order, is this up on the PSP demo site thingy? I'll have mine in a few days so I can't check yet.

I hear the controls are much tighter (my only complaint for Pure) and that it's using the 333mhz mode.

I think you UK folks get it way before us northern Americans do... You suck!

Indeed! It's dirt cheap too compared to other PSP games. It's either £7 for Pure or £17 for Pulse :D

Oh yea, is the PSP region free?

My finger is hovering over the purchase button! I think it looks great and Nintendo don't seem bothered about F-Zero for the DS. How is it Quicksilver?

I'm quietly impressed so far. There's the typical Wipeout-esque vertical learning curve in the first few races, but I'm getting more and more used to it.

Online play is more seamless than any other game I've played, which I'm seriously pleased about. Custom soundtracks is also a bit of a dream come true for me - having owned every Wipeout game ever (to date) there's some classic Wipeout tunes which just need to be carried over. Now I can. :D

Best PSP game I've played without a shadow.

Well I ordered Wipeout Pulse, a UMD carry case and a 2200mAh battery to boot.

I'm being daft. Haven't even got the system yet but I'm already pimping it out :D some other games I ordered arrived this morning too.
