Hello,

I'm buying an iPhone 4 from a person, and they have a Telus Micro-Sim, but they said they'll 'erase' the SIM and give it to me.

Is that even possible?

Thanks.

I think so, but a person should still never resell their SIM card or give it away when reselling their phone.

Is there a way I can re-wipe the SIM just in case?

It's just that I have a regular SIM, and it's kinda hard for me to go to the Telus store and get a Micro-SIM at the moment.

Thanks.

You can cut down your current SIM to use it in a iPhone 4. As for reusing the seller's SIM. I'm not sure if you can. I'd suggest destroying it to protect their privacy.

If I screw up while cutting the SIM, I can always just throw it out and get a new SIM from the store right?
