iPod touch wiping memory?

I am about to sell my beloved 16gig touch to make room for my 3g. I wanted to know the right method for completly wiping the memory clean. super clean!

settings --> general --> reset --> erase all content and settings

Is that enough to completly wipe my info? I dont want to end up selling my touch to some wiz kid who gets my info off of memory I "thought" I wiped clean
