I had Wipr, an ad blocker, which worked without problems at all. A website I visited required me to turn off the ad blocker, so I temporarily disabled Wipr. After re-enabling Wipr, it does not seem to work anymore - sites still show ads, etc., even as Wipr says it was turned on.

How do I fix this? This is driving me crazy.

working fine here. have you tried refreshing it in the actual app (in your app folder)? and are all 3 extensions on in safari extensions?

That's weird. I don't see Wipr in Applications. How do I check the extensions? Sorry, am a bit clueless with this, haha.

safari>preferences>extensions. i have 3 files there: wipr part 1, part 2, part 3, all checked of course. there's also a wipr application in my applications folder. so, something's up for you. see if, at least, those extensions are there, and checked..

Hmm, odd. Here's what I have. I got the free Wipr version from here: https://safari-extensions.apple.com/details/?id=com.giorgiocalderolla.wipr-desktop-4449XA862Y.

Uninstalled the extension completed and then redownloaded the extension from the link I provided seems to have worked.
