Wire managment Advice

So I'm seeking a perfect desk set up, or at least a good looking one. There seems to be only one problem that is kinda a pet peeve of mine. Wire MANAGEMENT!! Does anyone have any solutions for this or is there some type or wire management device or some sort I can purchase. Thank you and here is a side view of my macbook set up.

Yeah i just installed a wireless router, but my is there any wireless usb hubs? that would be very convenient.
