Wired Apple keyboard not working on one iMac

I've a wired USB key keyboard from Apple with the numpad. This keyboard is woking on one iMac, but isn't on a second one. The USB ports are working fine with a wireless Windows keyboard and a wired mouse. I did a SCM and PRAM reset.

Any suggestions on how to get this keyboard working?
