Weird issue happening lately on my Mac Pro. Every 2-3 days when I'm in the middle of something, my keyboard will become unresponsive. Seems like it could be a normal issue if it were a bluetooth keyboard, but it's WIRED and connected via usb. I have to restart my computer for it to start working again.

I searched the forums but most threads look like they are for issues on macbooks. Anyone have any ideas for this?

Thanks!

When did you get the KB?
Try another USB port?

I've had the keyboard since I got the computer, and it's an early 2008 model Mac Pro (3,1 I think)

I did try a different USB port, no luck. Restarting the computer DOES fix the problem though..

odd, mine just died today, and was otherwise working fine, and has not been moved around.

the hub shows up in the USB devices list, but not the keyboard itself.

whaaa?

sigh.
