Wireless & Adobe programs installed?

I'm about to purchase a Mac Pro and was wondering if it comes with wireless connection. I noticed in the configure page, it gives me the wireless option to purchase AirPort Extreme. I read the description but I didn't understand its features. Can someone explain it more clearly?

Also, as I was customizing the Mac Pro, I planned to purchase the Adobe Suite CS3. Is it installed in Mac Pro once I receive it in the mail or will it come in an Adobe Suite box so I can use it in other comps? Please advise.

Yes it comes with Wireless.
No, it isn't preinstall. You get a box.
