iPhone XS Max Wireless an Wired Charging

Just purchased a new car that has the wireless charging pad; however, I still have to connect the lightning cable in order to use CarPlay. The question I have when connected to CarPlay, the lightning cable also charges (as expected). Is there any concerns if I place the phone on the wireless charging pad at the same time, basically double charging the phone ?

No. It will charge normally.
