Wireless and blue tooth card lost in Yosemite

I have an old Mac Pro A1186, everthing works fine in 10.7.5. After installed 10.10, the wireless card(model number AR5BX86) and bluetooth card were get lost just like not been installed. Has anyone met similar before?

PS, just tried, the same bluetooth card works fine on another upgraded A1186. Strange??
