Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds

I was browsing through kickstarter and saw this product: wireless earbuds that connect via bluetooth. On paper, it seems really, really good but I wonder how it would be once you actually get the product. Are there any products like this currently?

Seems like if you want it, you'd have to fork over at least 119GBP - which doesn't sounds too bad but then I realize it's not in USD, which would be a lot more.
