Wireless card disappears

After putting my Macbook into sleep mode in Vista, the system (vista) will not always see the wireless card after it comes back from sleep.

Power options aren't set to shut the card off or anything, and the card (Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter) completely disappears from the device manager in these cases, as well. Any clues as to what's happening and how to fix this?
