wireless card for quad 2.5...

I have never bought a wireless adaptor for a mac as I have only bought new ones until my quad g5. But can I just go to office max and pick up any wireless card that works for apple? Or is there something special I need to buy? I dont want to try and hunt down the parts for the airport to work. either way works, whether its just one that plugs in to the USB is fine or if a PCI will work better than im happy to get that.

anybody ever tried this guys product. Looks promising.

That junk is way over priced. If you could find one of these: http://www.trendnet.com/products/proddetail.asp?prod=265_TEW-424UB&cat=84 Then you would be better off, for it actually has a Mac Driver unlike other PC based ones. When shopping around, look to see which one had a "Mac Compatible" Symbol

I've tried the trendnet one...it's crap.

Get the Airlink Golden N wireless USB adapter. It just plugs into a USB port and you set up the utility and bam you have wifi.
