Hey, I've recently bought a mac mini (newest revision) and I noticed that it's wireless card is a lot better at retaining high speeds (especially at 5ghz spectrum). Is there a pci-e wireless card that I could pop into the MP that's better?

Hmm, so there's no other 3rd party card I could install via pci-e?

You can get the compatible Atheros or Broadcom models, but they'll just have the same problem.

I've read many people state their reception and throughput increased a great deal by going outside the metal case with a USB wi-fi stick. A PCI card with external antennas would probably do the trick too.
