Wireless charger for Series 3

Hello everyone. I was looking for a wireless charger for my Series 3 as well as iPhone 8 that wouldn't require me to plug into it additional cable. If it was also compatible with Samsung stuff (my wife has S10e and Watch Active 2) that would be amazing. From what I gather, such device doesn't exist. Do you have any tips?

Would it help if I had Series 4 or 5? Did they change charging standard?

What do you mean?! There are loads of wireless chargers available on amazon that supports Qi standard alongside having an Apple Watch charging point.

Ok, you guys are right. I've seen those but I was thinking there might exist a charger which will charge Apple Watch just like iPhone - without any special spot. I was hoping to hide charger below wooden tabletop (maybe 1.5cm thick). With such special spot for Watch, it might be difficult to find the right place on the desk. On the other hand - will wireless charger even work through 1.5cm of wood?
