here is a nice readable linky how to select an iPhone8x charger:
https://www.theverge.com/2017/9/15/16304302/iphone-8-x-wireless-charger-buying-guide-how-to-choose

review:
-max iPhone8x charging power is 7.8watts but the Qi 1.2 standard actually offers up to 15W for compatible devices (like the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Note 8). Apple not the innovator here.
-article recommends known brands like: Anker, RavPower, Mophie, Belkin, or Samsung but Apple will take a year+ to squeeze out their own airPower charger product.
-ARTICLE RECOMMENDS TO HOLD OFF AND SEE WHAT THE SKINNY IS BEFORE BUYING A WIRE LESS CHARGER. For example if the new $1000 iPhone is prone to smoke and fire in any way.

I have used wireless charging for many android phones and I can tell you the phone can heat up a lot while charging. Wondering if the battery life gets affected if we use wireless charging for a long time.
