Wireless connection dying?

Usually, my internet runs at 100 kbps or so. But in the last few days, it never went faster than 20 kbps. On speedtest.net, I get 130 download and 120 upload.

Is there something wrong with my computer or is there a program that's taking up all the internet? I have a 2.4 GHz Alum MB. Thanks for the help guys!
