wireless connection to a printer

May be I can get help with set up wireless connection with a printer.
I have Airport Express Extreme and Brother MFC-4450 CN
I tryed to set up , but failed.

Have you loaded the software that came with the printer and set it up by USB cable? Do that first, then set up with Airport.
