Hi everybody,
this is my first post here.
My problem is the following:
I have recently bought a wireless modem-router Conitech mod. CN405WL54 and configured it for my Mac Mini running Leopard and Windows Xp professional Service Pack 3.
Everything ok with Airport on Leopard, everything wrong running Xp.
When I try to connect the message is always: "Unable to detect wireless connections. If you want Windows to do it. Please enable zero configuration.. and so on. I cannot start "zero configuration" from administration tools in control panel (error message 1008).
My wireless device is an Atheros AR5006X and I have tried many times to upgrade drivers from Atheros web site. But risult is always the same.
Due to the fact that the tab "wireless networks" does not appear in wireless device properties, one friend of mine suggested that it is "off", perhaps.
The question is: How can I switch it on (by Fn+F2), having an Apple Pro keyboard without the Fn key?
Thanks and happy new year!
