Wireless earpod headphones work with PS4?

sorrh I wasn't sure where to post this. Feel free to move if needed.
I am curious to know if anyone knows whether or not apples new wireless EarPods would work with sonys ps4? For audio/mic?

You mean Airpods? And I don't believe so. Somebody else tried pairing them and it wasn't recognized. But I'm not entirely sure, being I have not received mine yet.

Can't use Bluetooth audio device with PS4 or PS4 pro. Which is stupid that Sony didn't implement this.

Yea I tried this the other night. It will recognize the Airpods as a device, but when you try and connect them it will ask you to register the headset. When you go to register, it will tell you that the Airpods aren't a support device.
