I am hoping someone could help me...

Basically, I am moving to a house opposite my mum and dad's. Their house is probably about 10 meters away.

I was looking at the idea of 'sharing' their Internet connection and was wondering if there was a good wireless extender on the market?

My office will be in the converted loft next to the skylite.

Any ideas?

With houses that close you should have no problem just setting up a wireless router at their house (preferably near the wall closest to your house) and then another router in your house (again preferably near the wall closest to their house) and voila there you go. You will however have to set up THEIR router to act as, well, a router. Then set up YOUR router to act as a wireless access point (WAP). It would be most helpful if you could provide further information for us as well.

1. Is your parents place currently using a router?
(a) Is it wired or wireless?
(i) If its wireless are you running a 802.11G or 802.11N network?
2. Do you have ANY wireless items other then a computer? ie, X-box, wii, etc. I'm not sure but I BELIEVE the Wii is 802.11G only.
