Wireless file transfer between Android and Mac?

What app do you recommend for sending files wirelessly between an Android device and a Mac? I’ve tried a few apps, but the speeds were really slow.

I’d suggest MacDroid for transferring files wirelessly between devices. It usually has faster speeds than other apps I’ve tried.

You could also give HandShaker or AirDroid a try.
