does anyone know of any wireless heart rate monitor that are compatible with mac (have a software for mac)??????

I use several Garmin products which share a single heart rate monitor chest strap. All are quick to download the data to the Mac. I have the Edge 510, Forerunner 110 and FR60. Only the Forerunner 110 has a wired data/charging connection. The others are wireless via the included USB dongle.

Highly recommend the Garmin devices and software. Very easy to use on both fronts.

The FR60 looks interesting. Do you use it with or without your iPhone?

Each of the devices I mentioned, including the FR60, run independently of my iPhone. Garmin has software you can use on the phone to view your runs, workouts, etc., but it is not required to record your stats during a workout.
