Wireless help! Computer connects and sends, doesn't recieve

I formated my roomate's pc and reinstalled xp and his wireless drivers. It will connect to my wireless network if no security is turned on. If I turn on security and put the wep code in it it will connect and send packets but not recieve any. Any ideas on how to fix this? My Mac and my other roomate's pc both connect and send packets fine.
