I need some wireless help.

I just moved into a 3 bedroom house and Cox came to trasnfer service.
Previous to the move, my routed from Cox was hooked into my TimeCapsule
and all my devices connected to the new wireless signal that was broadcasted
out of my time capsule. Everything was good and all my macs would backup no problem.

Now in the new house I am encountering the following issues:

Cox upgraded me to a dual band router. Giving me a 2.5 and 5G signal of some sorts.
By the time the job was done, my new router was again hooked up to the time capsule and I am now seeing three wifi connections.
The default 2.5 and 5 dual band connections and my time capsule.

My problem - my upstairs iMAc has a crappy connection that keep dropping. It drops all the time. My iPAds act like they cannot connect to any of the networks at time.

My boss mentioned something about a possible signal conflict or something. Any thoughts on this?
