Wireless Icon spinning?

When I am in the phone portion of the iPhone my wireless icon is spinning. It also does this while I am in Contacts. I never noticed this before I updated to 2.2 and now it does it all the time. It doesn't stop, I can leave running for 10 minutes and it doesn't stop. Is this happening to anyone else?

I believe this is due to Visual Voicemail. It syncs over data because it downloads the message to the phone instead of just calling and listening. I'm not sure why it would keep going that long but I think that is probably your cause. Hope this helps!

that icon just means your phone is moving data from over the air.
