wireless internet but im not getting on...?

When using my mac book pro and wireless internet I usually just get the password from the location I'm using and off I go. However, I'm in a new place and can't seem to get it working even though I have a good signal and the correct password.
Is there something I'm missing here?

Thanks! Really would appreciate some help

Do I need to add IP address etc? I have never had to before
