Hi everyone.

I have had my Macbook for just under a year now, and it has worked great. However, recently I have been having internet connectivity issues. The internet signal strength has always been really good, except now my connection seems to get dropped about every 2 minutes, and I don't know what's going on. I believe I have a D-Link router (I dont know much about them).

I recently did a system update and installed some new system software. I have been researching this issue, and some people have mentioned that installing a particular update from Apple messes up your internet signal strength, is this true?

If anyone knows a fix for this problem, that would be great. Thank you very much!

lot of these are due to a faulty airport card

i even lose connection every couple minutes or so and i even have full bars!

im thinking of taking this to the apple store one day. but yea talk to a apple emplyee about this and they might look at it and replace the airport card
