Hello everyone,

Have a friend that dropped their Macbook a while ago. No major issues but the wireless seems to drop out a lot since it was dropped - is this possible? (The dropping could have affected the wireless?)

Thanks,

It is possible. It may have loosened an antenna wire or the connection to the airport card.

Take it in to the Apple Store. They'll pinpoint it pretty quick. Just make sure you've done everything possible on your end, b/c you don't want to make an unnecessary trip to an Apple Store. You might even give AppleCare a call. Good Luck.
