I ordered my iMac online August 19. Ship date is October 2. I'm not sure if all ship dates were the same. What's yours?

Wireless KB caused my delay

I ordered my iMac online August 19. Ship date is October 2. I'm not sure if all ship dates were the same. What's yours?

I ordered my 24" iMac Aug. 10. Ship date was Sept. 17th! Yikes!! 5 weeks?

I cancelled the order on the 15th and ordered:

2.4GHZ INTEL CORE 2 DUO
2GB 667 DDR2 SDRAM - 2x1GB
320GB Serial ATA Drive
SuperDrive 8X(DVD+R DL/DVD+RW)
NO MODEM
Apple wireless Mighty Mouse
WIRED KYBRD & MAC OS X KIT
COUNTRY KIT
New ship date Aug. 22-24th. Shaved off almost 4 weeks.

The online Apple salesman said the Wireless KB were holding up the orders.

Ordered online on the 12th, set to ship on September 25th.

I'll have the computer for less than a month (It gets her Oct. 1) and then have to buy a new operating system. How sad.
