Wireless Magic Mouse or Touchpad for MBP 13inch?

Debating the Magic mouse wireless or touchpad..... my mbp is on order... are these necessay? the touchpad on the MBP looks like and big..... ill usually have my laptop on my lap or within arms reach in bed....

nothing to crazy. just basic stuff... surfing, itunes, movies, maybe some light gaming

On your lap or lying in bed? Seems like a mouse would be near-useless in such situations.

I always got along fine with the touchpad on the laptop; I find it inconvenient to haul along a separate mouse or touchpad.
