Wireless Mighty Mouse feeling sluggish in CS3

Recently, I'm finding that my mouse cursor in Photoshop CS3 seems a bit sluggish and not as smooth as usual, especially doing paint strokes. I've been using the Apple Wireless mouse since March. I just upgraded to Leopard and don't recall seeing the sluggish issue before that. And I know there are some CS3 conflicts with Leopard. I changed batteries, set my mouse tracking speed to full, but still doesn't seem as smooth.

Are there any cleaning procedures with the wireless mouse I should try?
