Hi, I'm having some issues with the Wireless Mighty Mouse i'm using. It was working fine yesterday but it's not working any more. When I turn it on I get a blinking light, it blinks two times and then stops for like one second and then blinks again, and stops one second, and so on...

The computer doesn't connect to the mouse, it doesn't even recognizes...

It's pretty wierd and I'm a bit scared because the mouse is not mine :(

Please help me!

With what Mac OS X version and what Mac does this happen?
To find out what Mac OS X version you run, click :apple: > About This Mac:

To find out, what exact Mac model you use, click :apple: > About This Mac > More Info > Hardware Overview:

To see a more elaborate image explaining the above steps, click here.
To see a more detailed video tutorial showing the above steps, click here (2 MB, 23s, .mp4).

Does it also happen in another, even temporarily created, user account?

And what does it say under System Preferences > Bluetooth? Can you make a screenshot and attach it to your next post?

I'm using a MacPro3,1 (I thought it was a PowerMac G5 but oh well :) )

On this mac i'm using version 10.5.8 (a bit outdatet but it's ok)

I haven't tried on another session, i will try.

About the screenshot... It's in spanish so it might be a bit hard to read (who knows)

I just tried in another session but sill doesn't work.

Ok, I just figured out myself. It was something strange that was happening to my computer. I just restarted it and it works.
