Wireless mighty mouse woes

Okay, I give up. I just fully disassembled and cleaned my wireless mighty mouse after it stopped scrolling up and the "roll the ball on paper" trick didn't do.

It still refuses to scroll up. Should I crack it open again or is there some other option before I throw this thing in the trash?

Get a better mouse (can't stand Apples crap mice).
