Wireless Mighty Mouse?

I want the Mighty Mouse(wireless) for my MacBook. I just wanted to know if any company sells them cheaper than Apple. I plan on buying a refurbished one from Apple if I can't find anything cheaper. And can you right click on it?

Not sure where you'd find one cheaper, but yes they right-click. And middle-click. And there's a 4th set of "side buttons" that let you squeeze the mouse slightly for another click.
