Wireless mirroring not working on iPad2.

I installed iOS 5 GM on my ipad2 and went and bought apple TV2. I cannot activate wireless mirroring because there is no On/Off button When I press the airplay button. Any idea what is wrong here?

You have to update the Apple TV to enable the mirroring feature. The update is only available to developers , The GM for the Apple TV should be available soon

What enrages me is that I have a Mac Mini for home theater, and they won't let me mirror to that. So I have to go buy yet another, crippled device to do it? Amazing.
